SharePoint - Windows sharepoint services is not configured

We have SBS 2008 Premium 64bit. I did a reinstall of it and the first
I posted this in the SBS newsgroup and I have not gotten an answer yet.
I was wondering if anyone here could help me.
Please advise and thanks.

During the install only the binaries will be installed. After that you need
to configure sharepoint by creating config & content DB's. If you have a
previous environment you can also migrate that to new WSS 3.0 environment.

Migrate to New Server SharePoint I'm currently running windows sharepoint services 2.0 on a Windows 2000 server runninh SQL 2000.
