SharePoint - Master Page Question

Does any know where I can find a place to obtain pre-made master
pages.  I have been looking around and I can not find any.  My
company
is looking to setup our MOSS 2007 site fast and wants to minimize
development time and they do not want to use the out of the box
master
pages.

MOSS 2007 moving sites SharePoint Hi all, We are implementing an intranet using MOSS 2007. We have 3 environments, Dev, Test and Production with a Sharepoint Farm in each environment We have used STSADM to run a full backup and restore, this works, but Site Themes are not moved over.
