SharePoint - Problem after installing Office 2003 SP3

After installation of Office 2003 SP3 via windowsupdate, i cannot modify list
in my (sharepoint WSS 3.0) iwhen export to spreadsheet.



All the cell is Read Only.

If i log to another computer with Office 2003 SP2, it's works.

The server is Sharepoint WSS 3.0 .

SharePoint MOSS 2007 fails during full installation even id 27745 We have SQL 2008 installed on but in same domain, installed all as per the instructions here http: / / blogs.msdn.com / sharepoint / using full installation.
