SharePoint - Installing WSS 3.0 on Vista.

Hello,
I have Windows Vista Home Premium Installed on my machine and i am trying to
install WSS 3.0 on it. I dont find a link to download.. which is compatible
for Vista. Can any one give me the link where i can download the software and
install it.
is there any other things i need to ensure to be, before i start working on
that..??

You can only install WSS 3.0 on Windows Server 2003.

In the future it will be possible from Windows Server 2008. (As it is
now with the beta version of that.

That was called Vista but it was Vista *Server*.

I do not think you can install it on Vista. Server OS only. You would
need to use a virtual machine.

SharePoint Is this the full sharepoint or just some underlying architecture and you still have to purchase sharepoint if you want to run it on a Server 2008 server?
