Is there any way to recover a list that has been lost when a view was saved
with a "blank" or empty view name and the parameters were the same as the
default view?
Version: SP Portal Server 2003
Background: One of my co-workers was doing "discovery learning" on one of
our "Actions Lists" and created a new named view of that list with the same
parameters as the default view. That individual decided the view was not
relevant and went back into the "manage view" and instead of using the

Question: Is the list and the data completely gone from the Portal Server or
can the links be restored - short of pulling from a backup tape?
