FQDN resolving issue for WSS 3.0 SP2 integrated wih SSRS 2008

Hi all!
I have problems with FQDN resoving for WSS in integrated mode (with
Reporting Services 2008).
The problem is:
Users can successfully open site links by FQDN name (this server in internal
lan), for ex. http://portal.company.com/sites/reports .
When user clicking on particular report,  browser for some reason going to
the url
http://portal/sites/reports  and of course cannot show any link for short
names.

I need solution to show report by FQDN.
Did someone resolve the same issue in this integrated mode?
