Convert SharePoint Messages to Plain Text

I have an issue I wanted to seek advice on.

Due to our email configurations (Federal Government), I am required to
set up all of the SharePoint emails to be in plain text format.


Anyone have suggestions?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean to setup alerts to be setup in plain text, or email
enabled document library to be setup in plain text?

Essentially, I need all email traffic derived from SharePoint to be in
plain text.  This includes, alerts, invitations, task assignments,
tasks overdue, etc.... Just wondering if there is a configuration I
can go change, etc...
