I have designed a meeting workspace in my calendar with all the web parts I
need for a meeting. Is there a way for me to save this as a template and
reuse when adding future meeting workspaces?

Hi,
You havn't written the version of SharePoint you use so I guess it's either MOSS or WSS3.0
Have you tried saving as site template from: Site Settings > Site Actions > under "Look and Feel" > Save site as template. Then you can reuse it.
