SharePoint - WebForm posting to Sharepoint list

I have a Sharepoint List called Tracking. It has the fields: Date,
Name, Action and Comments.

I've created a web form call BBUpdate.aspx and placed it in the root
of my SharePoint server. How can I get the web form to post it's data
to the SharePoint List.

I've done numerous searches and can't seem to make any headway.

The purpose is to allow a Blackberry user to access the form and enter
information. The Sharepoint forms seem to take minutes to load on our
new Blackberries. So that's why I'm trying the web form.

Thanks....

I figured it out. Blackberries have a problem with large Sharepoint
sites like ours and don't seem to display the NewForm web parts.
Believe me when I say I spent a lot of time trying many different
approaches tying to get the NewForm.aspx's to appear correctly on the
Blackberry browser. The main problem with Sharepoint content on a
Blackberry is the considerable time required to load the pages and
webparts. What was required was a basic webpage that hooked into a
Sharepoint list. I now have code that will allow me to post to any
Sharepoint list from my Blackberry. We have field techs that need to
instantaneously update service call status for tracking, using their
Blackberries they can update a Sharepoint list.

Got any info on how to handle and XML response from the Sharepoint
server? Sharepoint sends an XML page back to the Blackberry as a
result and the BB browser doesn't like it. IE or Firefox simply shows
the XML the BB browser displays an error...

Thanks again...

SharePoint Using Sharepoint 2010 for data storage but still running full Access client with vba and normal forms Kallah wrote that with Access 2010 it was possible to store access 2010 data on Sharepoint 2010 but still run the Access client in windows much as a "normal" access client, accessing the data on Sharepoint 2010. sits on SharePoint. You can also have the application sit on SharePoint and a copy gets pulled down sure local machine when you click on and on the SharePoint site, you will need access installed for this to occur. So, in this case we even replication via the internet. This seems much slicker. Again my interest is data on sharepoint 2010 and use normal windows / Access clients on each user's PC. I am not
