Template with individual group inheritance

Hi all

1st. I've made a Site-Template with some Libraries and Lists.
2nd we build up some Access-Groups (some more detailed then the "simple"
Contributor or Reader) like ProjectMember, Controlling, ....
3rd. we assigned the different Groups to the different Libraries
(ProjectMember to the SolutionEngineering-Lib, Controlling to the
Financial-Lib, ....)

Then we saved the Side as a Template for new Projects (save include with
content).
But when we made new Sides with this Template, we only had the common
and without)

Is there a way to bring in the Roles and Assignements to the Libraries into
a Template ?
