Ok, I've got this great template downloaded and installed successfully. I
want to roll it out internally and I have a problem. There a few lookup field
choices on the Service request, for example (Keywords) and I can't for the
life of me figure out how to edit these items. I tried to view settings for
the part and I could click on Keywords as a lookup type, but all that was
there was description and the name of the column. How do I edit the list so
the user can select the appropriate items?

Hi Chris,

the keywords are a list on the site, but a list which isn't shown on the
quick launch. You can go to the list by showing all site contence, and go
through the link (its under the lists) to that list to add keywords. Or you
can use the link 'create keywords', which is present to the left on the quick
launch menu. Once you have added some keywords in this list, your users will
be able to choose from them upon posting service requests.

Could not consume WSS web service in an ASP.NET web service app SharePoint Hi, I built an ASP.NET web service app and configured to consume a WSS v3 web service. Specifically I wanted to use People.ResolvePrincipals to resolve the current user in my app as a plain web application. In the Web.config file for the ASP.NET web service, the authentication mode was set to Windows and identity impersonation was set to true. From a remote PC, I opened a web browser and accessed the web service. It could resolve my identity. I am a user in one of the WSS sites is for any authenticated user (from same domain or trusted domain) to use this web service whether or not he / she is a WSS site user. Is there a way to grant an authenticated user to use the WSS web service? Thanks. - - Best regards, Jude Sharepoint Windows Services Discussions System.Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials (1) People.ResolvePrincipals
